I have a small English school in east Tokyo for sale. The school has been in operation for over 15 years and we have over 120 students. Average monthly income of over 830,000 yen. Rent, utilities and advertising runs less than 200,000 yen. This is an ideal situation for a teaching couple with some Japanese ability or a teacher married to a Japanese national.
