The house is shared by both Japanese and foreigners and is a fantastic language environment.
The house is equipped with all amenities (washing machine, wireless and large flat screen) and is ready for someone to come make themselves at home.
There is also a large balcony area that can be used a nice dinner area (and the occasional BBQ).
The area itself is also quite nice, small restaurants, a gym, two large grocery stores and a large great park are all within reasonable distances.
Access to the fukutoshin, yurakucho and tobu-tojo lines.
Only 10min to Ikebukuro and 20min to Shinjyuku without a transfer.
