Hakone Sengkohara - free home wares | ¥¥ paid cleanup & disposal of household goods / yard-work ¥¥ yardwork / assit w/ remodel

I've recently purchased a 5LDK ~40 tsubo home in Sengkohara-Hahone and looking for help with disposing of old furniture and personal affects / yardwork / remove wall-paper / deep-cleaning.

I will be there May 23 and would love to get started on the above the remainder of the week so we can move to phase-2 (remodel) June.

June/July - repairs and remodel - wall paper and paint / shoji / tatami mats / system-kitchen / toilets.
