• 5 min walk from Iwappara Ski resort in Yuzawa, Niigata.
• 6m drive/taxi or ~20m train ride to the shinkansen station/town area then 1h10m shinkansen ride to Tokyo.
• Free winter shuttle bus to the station several times a day.

About Yuzawa:
• Ski resort hot spring town known for its large amount of snow fall in the winter and rice in the warm weather.
• 10+ ski resorts in the area
• Hot springs and traditional Japanese downtown area.
• Easy access by Shinkansen directly to the town and ski resorts.

Room Info:
• Room size & info - 28m² / 1R / 11th floor
• Will be furnished with a fridge, bed, table, basic cooking supplies, heater, etc.
• Wifi is not automatically included - it is recommended to get AU pocket wifi. Let me know if you need assistance.

Building information -
•Hot spring, sauna, and lounge with billards & ping pong on the top floor.
• Lobby with front desk open 9-5 most days
• Restaurant on the first floor open thur-Sun
• Small library/vending machine area, coin laundry, and ski locker room with tune up tables on the 1st floor.
• Free parking for one vehicle if you need (first come first serve)

Ski resort info:
• Early bird discount for Iwappara ski resort season pass: 25,000. This comes with discount tickets to neighboring ski resorts as low as 1,500円 a day! Discounted passes to Iwappara as well for up to 5 friends at one time. I can help with getting these passes if you need.
• Discount day tickets can be purchased for most reaorts in advanced - up to 70% off! So buy lots of early bird tickets and check out all the ski resorts Yuzawa has to offer!

Rent:

Winter pricing (Dec-Apr)

1 month: 250,000
2 months: 350,000
3 months: 500,000
4 months: 600,000
5 months: 650,000
*note that prices are paid in a lump sum at contract signing as it is a short term rental. Preference is for thise who will rent it for the whole season - please reach out with any questions

Off season pricing (May-Nov)
1-7 months: 80,000 per month
* If you would like to rent for Fuji Rock in July only, it will cost 150,000 per month

Long Term Contract:
12 months or more: 60,000 per month

☆ For stays 6+ months: 2 months refundable deposit required. This is just in case any damages above normal wear and tear is incurred or major cleaning is needed. In most cases the deposit is returned in full :)
☆ For all stays, electricity will have to be set in your name, but I am willing to help if you need Japanese assistance.
☆ Unfortunately you are not allowed to do an official address change (住民票登録) to this apartment. However, you can of course recieve mail or use it as an address for entry purposes into Japan if needed.
☆ Japanese bank account is not required!
