Private Japanese Lessons online - JPY 2700 per hour (Tax included)

My name is Taito Shimizu.
I am a private Japanese language teacher originally from Tokyo :)

I am sociable and love language and communication. I have been teaching Japanese for just over 7 years now.

I am also a professional writer.

My previous work experience includes writing news articles for a local newspaper in Hokkaido for 5 years.

I also currently work with Ainu community from Hokkaidou. I help them promote their culture on the main land Japan.

I love reading and literature. What about you? I have been passionate about languages throughout my life :)

For lessons in person, I usually use private classrooms in Shin-Yurigaoka (within a 3 minutes' walk from North Gate) and Shinjuku (within a 2 minutes' walk from JR Shinjuku South Gate). I can also travel to the locations of your choice (public or private) in the Kanto region as well as online.

I am available for lessons at 08:00 - 22:00 everyday from Monday to Sunday including public holidays.

Prices for Private Lessons in person at our classrooms in Shin-Yurigaoka and/or Shinjuku are:

A 60 minute Private Lesson is JPY 3950
A 90 minute Private Lesson is JPY 5700
A 120 minute Private Lesson is JPY 7600

The prices above include 10% consumption tax

Having lessons outside our classrooms will require additional fees of 500 yen per day as the teacher's round trip transportation cost. Calculating from Shinjuku, if the transportation costs exceed 500 yen to reach the lesson location, actual expense will apply.

Prices for Private Lessons online are as followed:

A 60 minute Private Lesson is JPY 2700
A 90 minute Private Lesson is JPY 3600
A 120 minute Private Lesson is JPY 4800

The prices above include 10% consumption tax.

No additional fees, e.g. registration fee, course textbook and materials fees.
